Replacement & Exchange Policy

• ROEPRO provides 7 days return and exchange policy.
• You always have the option to get your items changed or refunded (if defected).
• To exchange/refund your items, simply return the package back to our address mentioned below and as soon as we receive it we will dispatch the replacement or pay you back.
• In case of refund, delivery charges for both sides will be deducted from the actual order and rest of the payment will be sent via EasyPaisa / MobiCash or Bank Transfer.
• Exchange process may take 5-7 days and additional charges for exchange will be Rs 150 (Delivery charges).
• No return/exchange will be possible for items on SALE except only if they are defective in any way.
